Copyright complaints

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), a notice must identify the work claimed to be infringed, identify the material to be removed with enough detail for us to find it, give your contact information, and include two sworn statements — that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised, and that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.

Submitting a materially false notice can carry liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f). Please be sure before you file.

We have not yet registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Registration is a separate filing and is not established by publishing this page.
