How does billing work?
Monthly, and it renews on its own until you cancel. Cancelling takes one click from your account page — no email, no phone call, nobody trying to talk you out of it.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep everything until the end of the month you already paid for. Nothing gets charged after that, and your account stays open if you miss me.
Do you give refunds?
No — all sales are final, always. That is why cancelling is one click and why you keep access to the end of the month you paid for. If the law where you live gives you a refund right I cannot waive, that still applies.
Will this show up on my bank statement?
Yes, but discreetly. You will see a neutral descriptor, not my name and not the name of this site.
Can I message you?
No — there are no DMs and no comments here. I would rather spend the time shooting than typing 😅 If you need a human, use the contact form and I read those.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Photos gets you every photo set. Photos + Video gets you those plus the full-length videos. You can switch either way from your account page — the change takes effect on your next billing date, and nothing is charged when you make it.
