Community Guidelines
What you agree to when you hold a membership here. It is short, because a membership is a simple thing: you pay, you watch, and you keep it to yourself.
The short version
Your membership is yours. One person, one account. What you see here stays here. Do not try to get around the parts of the site that decide what you can see, and do not take Brielle's work anywhere else.
Nearly everything below follows from those two ideas.
What a membership lets you do
While your membership is active you can sign in, view the photo sets, and — on Photos + Video — watch the videos. You can like a post. That is the whole of it.
There is deliberately nothing else. You cannot comment, post, upload, or message Brielle through the site, and other members cannot reach you. This is not a social network and it is not a chat service. If you want to reach a human, use the contact form.
Your account is yours alone
Do not:
- Share your password or sign-in link with anyone, for any reason.
- Let anyone else use your membership, whether you are paid for it or not.
- Sell, rent, lend, or transfer your account or your access.
- Create an account for somebody else, or sign up on behalf of a person who could not sign up themselves.
One membership is one person. Sharing credentials is the single most common way paid content leaks, so we treat it as a serious breach rather than a technicality.
What you may not do with the content
Your membership buys you a personal, private licence to look. It does not transfer anything to you. Do not:
- Republish, post, or send content anywhere else — another site, a forum, a group chat, a messaging app, cloud storage others can reach, or a private group. “Private” sharing is still sharing.
- Sell it, licence it, or use it commercially, in whole or in part.
- Edit, crop, caption, or build something new from it and distribute that.
- Remove or obscure any watermark, credit, or rights notice.
- Use it to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning model, or to generate synthetic images or video of Brielle.
Nothing on this site may be republished anywhere, in any form, without Brielle's express written permission. Not a set, not a single image, not a frame taken from a video, not a crop, not a screenshot, not a re-upload with a filter on it. Written permission means a signed document from her — not silence, not a reply in a chat, not the fact that somebody else got away with it, and not the absence of a watermark. There is no watermark on anything here, and its absence is not a licence.
What happens if you do it anyway. Redistributing this content is copyright infringement, and it is treated as such rather than as a rules violation to be handled quietly:
- Your membership ends immediately and is not refunded, and you will not be sold another one.
- Takedowns go out — to the host, the platform, the CDN, the search engines, and the payment provider of any site selling it.
- We pursue the infringement itself. Copyright law provides for an injunction, for actual damages and the infringer's profits, and — for a registered work — for statutory damages and attorneys' fees instead. Which of those is available depends on the work and the facts, and we do not pretend to know the number in advance. What we are telling you is that this is a claim with real remedies behind it, not a stern email.
- You pay for the consequences. Section 20 of the Terms requires you to indemnify us — including our legal costs — for claims and losses arising from your redistribution. That obligation is not capped by the limit on our own liability, and it survives the end of your membership.
- Circumventing an access control is its own violation, separate from the copying, under the anti-circumvention rules in 17 U.S.C. §1201.
- Where the conduct is criminal, it is reported. Commercial-scale infringement, and any sexual exploitation or non-consensual distribution offence, is referred to law enforcement rather than settled privately.
A leak is traceable. Access is per-account and every authorised view is logged against the account that made it, so the set of people who could have obtained a given file is small and knowable. We are realistic about the rest: a browser can save an image and a phone can record a screen, and we do not claim otherwise or pretend a technical measure prevents it. The point is not that copying is impossible. It is that passing the result on is a breach of this agreement and of Brielle's rights, and that it is the one thing here we will spend money to pursue.
If you want to use something — a still for a fan page, a clip in a video, anything at all — ask first. Write to support@briellefans.com. Sometimes the answer is yes, and asking costs you nothing; the alternative costs you your membership and possibly a great deal more.
Do not go around the access controls
Do not:
- Scrape the site, or use a bot, crawler, downloader, script, or extension to collect content in bulk.
- Reach for content your plan does not include — for example requesting video on the Photos plan — or try to keep access after your membership ends.
- Reuse, share, or tamper with the signed links the site issues to load media. They are short-lived and issued to you.
- Probe, scan, or attack the service, attempt to reach another member's account or data, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Reverse-engineer or work around any part of the site that decides who may see what.
Security testing without our prior written permission is not welcome and is not treated as research. If you believe you have found a genuine vulnerability, tell us at support@briellefans.com before you do anything else with it.
Paying honestly
Use a payment method that belongs to you and that you are allowed to use. Do not use a stolen or unauthorised card, and do not sign up in someone else's name.
If you think a charge is wrong, write to us first. We would far rather fix a genuine billing error ourselves than have it become a dispute. Opening a chargeback for access you actually used is a breach of these guidelines, and it ends the membership immediately.
None of this takes away any right you have with your bank or card network. Those rights are yours and we do not ask you to give them up. We are asking you to talk to us first, which is usually faster anyway. What happens to your money is set out in the Refund Policy.
Impersonation and identifying people
Do not:
- Pretend to be Brielle, to work for her, or to represent this site — anywhere, on any platform.
- Try to find out who Brielle is offline, where she lives or works, or publish anything that would identify or locate her. This applies even to information you found somewhere else.
- Contact her privately through any account or channel you find, or attempt to reach her family, friends, or colleagues.
Dealing with us
There is one person answering support here. Be civil with her. Abuse, threats, sexual propositions, or persistent contact after we have answered are grounds for ending your membership on their own.
Do not ask for content that this site does not publish. What is published here is non-nude — lingerie, swimwear, and glamour photography and video. Requests for nudity, sexually explicit material, custom or personalised content, meetings, or anything unlawful will not be fulfilled, and repeating them after being told no will end your membership.
Staying inside the law
Do not use this site for anything unlawful where you are, and do not use it at all if it is unlawful for you to. You must be at least 18 years old to hold a membership. Do not give false information when you sign up, including your date of birth.
What happens if you break these rules
Depending on what happened, we may:
- write to you and ask you to stop;
- suspend your access while we look into it;
- end your membership.
For credential sharing, redistribution, scraping, circumvention, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, attacks on the service, or anything unlawful, we go straight to the last one and we do not warn first.
Ending a membership this way does not produce a refund. Where we end it because you broke this agreement, access stops when we say so rather than running to the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy and section 18 of the Terms.
We may also report unlawful conduct to the authorities and pursue it ourselves, and none of the steps above limits anything else available to us.
Reporting something
If something here concerns you, report it at /report. You do not need an account and you can do it anonymously.
Reports about a minor, about consent, or about unlawful material are treated as urgent and reviewed first — we aim to act on those within 48 hours. Everything else is reviewed within 7 business days.
If you are the person shown in content here and you want it removed, say so on that form and we will take it down while we look into it. See section 15 of the Terms.
